Thank you for your interest in attending Sproutfest. Please carefully read to make sure that you know what is expected and that the event works for you. We are excited to have you join us and want you to be as prepared as possible for the day!
There is no charge for rescues, shelters, nonprofits or government agencies to attend.
Over 50 rescues and vendors are being invited to Sproutfest and we expect a great turn-out. We’re bringing back our Fun Rescue Dog Show and that helps to keep attendees stay for the entire event! There will be music, plant-based food, and fun for the whole family with the focus on finding homes for many wonderful animals. Sproutfest will be very well-publicized throughout the community and we hope that you will promote the event widely. We ask you to join us for a fantastic day filled with hope and success! This is a great opportunity for all of us to get together and make a difference in our community.
This year we will be honoring three time Olympic gold medalist and former U.S. Women’s Soccer star, Heather Mitts, who will be in attendance.
All funds received from vendor fees and general fundraising efforts will directly benefit Finding Shelter.
You will have a 10×10 space and need to provide your own tent, table and chairs. Tents MUST be properly weighted. 40lbs per tent leg is ideal. There is no guarantee of the use of electricity at the park. Please make arrangements for a set-up that can still function if you do not have access to electricity
