Huey’s early life wasn’t what any puppy deserves. He was bred for profit, and when he didn’t sell, he spent his days growing up in a kennel. To entertain himself, Huey became a tiny escape artist — breaking out and going on solo joy‑runs around the farm. A Good Samaritan stepped in, the farm owners agreed to surrender him, and Huey made his way to Finding Shelter Animal Rescue (findingshelter.org).

Huey is a character — happy, playful, chatty, loving, and full of personality. He can be a bit selective with dog friends; he likes some, isn’t into others, but when he chooses a buddy, it’s a friendship for life.
