Poppy is a sweet and gentle soul who has quite the story to tell in her young life. Born at a Lancaster County puppy mill and sold to another puppy mill for breeding, Poppy spent two years producing but did not have large or healthy litters of puppies so was surrendered to Finding Shelter.

Poppy took some time to adjust to the comforts of being indoors. She is gaining confidence and showing her pretty smile quite often. She loves to play with other dogs her size and has fun running in the securely fenced yard at her foster home that can contain her easily if a loud noise startles her. Poppy is full of love to give and is hoping to find her patient and kind forever family to always be by her side.
